Happy April Fool’s Day!

Here’s a great food-pranking quote for the April Fool’s Day:
‘Two peanuts were walking down the street, and one was a salted.’
Tina Fey includs it in her book Bossypants for those who ‘want to get their money’s worth‘ reading it.

Let’s think about some improv variations to:
Two peanuts were walking down the street, and …
Mine goes: ‘… one went nuts and shell shocked soon after…’
Your turn…

Happy Pranking!

Poisson d’Avril

En France, au début du XXe siècle, on s’envoyait de jolies cartes postales toutes ornées d’un poisson d’avril et richement décorées. Le 1er avril était la fête de l’amour et de l’amitié.

April’s fool day food for thought: “Artichokes … are just plain annoying … After all the trouble you go to, you get about as much actual ‘food’ out of eating an artichoke as you would from licking thirty or forty postage stamps. Have the shrimp cocktail instead.”
